Where can I access the Genshi Loyalty page?

Do I need to download an app to save points?
+No download needed. Everything works in your browser via loyalty.genshi.nl.
How do I use my QR code in-store?
+Open your loyalty page, show your QR code at the counter, and we’ll scan it to add points or redeem a reward (if available).
Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
+Yes. Log in with the same email address on any device to see the same points and rewards.

How do I earn Genshi points?
+You earn points when you make a purchase at Genshi and scan your QR code at the counter. For every €1 spent, you receive 1 Genshi point.
When do my points show up after a purchase?
+Usually right away. If it takes a little longer, refresh the page and check again later.
What can I use my points for?
+You can redeem points for rewards shown in your loyalty page (for example ramen, drinks, or limited promos).
Can rewards or the points needed change?
+Yes. Rewards, availability, and the number of points needed can change at any time (for example during promotions, seasonal items, or menu changes). The loyalty page always shows the current options.

I didn’t receive my activation or login email. What should I do?
+Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, try again and make sure your email address is correct. If you still don’t receive the email, contact us at loyalty@genshi.nl.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
+On loyalty.genshi.nl, use the password recovery option on the login screen.
My points look wrong or missing. Who can help?
